Primula Tea Experience Gift Set

Primlua Set

A wonderful gift to give or receive, the Primula Tea Experience Gift Set is perfect for brewing beautiful flowering and loose teas. A clear, 40oz hand-blown borosilicate glass tea pot allows you to watch the magic of the tea leaves brewing delicious green tea as they unfurl into an exquisite flower, or create your own perfect tea blend with the included glass tea infuser and loose tea sampler.

What is Borosilicate Glass?

Borosilicate glass is made mainly of silica and boron oxide. Known for having low thermal expansion properties, this type of glass is less subject to thermal stress and shock due to temperature extremes. This means that the glass can go from hot to cold and vice versa without risk of cracking or breaking, as well as being microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop safe. Borosilicate glass is a widely used material in cookware and beverageware products due to its heat resistance, durability, and versatility.

Something Extraordinary Is Brewing

The Primula Tea Experience Gift Set is packaged with a sampling of six of our famous flowering teas and three loose teas in green, black, and white varieties. All Primula teas are made of grade AA green tea leaves, and our flowering teas combine fresh green tea leaves with all-natural flowers, blended 5 times with jasmine for a fresh, aromatic scent, and hand-sewn into small clusters that unfurl and brew when placed into hot water. Because there are no tea bags or filters to remove the beneficial antioxidants and the wonderful flavor of the tea, flowering and loose teas allow you to bring out the best taste of the tea while enjoying the visual experience of the blooming process and the ability to create your own special loose leaf blend. Each tea flower comes individually sealed in a foil pouch to preserve freshness, and can be used three times within 24 hours, making up to 15 cups of tea each, and each loose tea variety comes in a resealable foil pouch. Made from the finest natural tea leaves and hand-sewn by Chinese artisans, every Primula tea flower and loose tea packet is inspected and certified by CIQ, a specialized Chinese governing agency that works with the approval of the FDA.

Give In To The Power of Tea!

Recent research indicates that including tea in one’s diet has many benefits and helps to maintain a healthy body and mind. Rich in flavonoids (also known as antioxidants), tea helps regulate and neutralize free radicals in the body – substances that can cause damage to the cells, resulting in poor cell regeneration and accelerated cell aging, leading to chronic disease. Tea also contains fluoride, which is integral in maintaining good dental health, and the antioxidants in tea may also prevent the growth of plaque-building bacteria. Virtually calorie-free when consumed without milk and sugar, tea is refreshing & rehydrating in hot weather and warm & soothing during chilly winter months.
